The Gift of Reconciliation" conference, hosted by ILM, is happening December 16–18!
Starting on Friday evening, we will enjoy fellowship, food, teaching by Mario Swampy, and gospel music by Kene and Milly Jackson. Saturday morning we will learn how to make bannock. In the afternoon you'll have the option to explore Calgary or sit in on a breakout session. Then on Saturday evening, we'll hear some more from Mario.
When we hosted the "Let's Talk About Reconciliation" conference last year, the biggest complaint we received was that it ended Saturday night. There's an easy solution to that, so we are ending Sunday after church.
General tickets for the entire conference are $25. But if you want all of your food included for the weekend, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, you'll want to purchase the Deluxe tickets for $80. And as an added bonus, because the conference is being hosted at Camp Chestermere, we have on-site lodging available as well for $30/night/person. Bathrooms and showers are available in each cabin, so in addition to bringing your own bedding, you'll also want to bring your own towels.
This will be a great weekend. Please reserve your tickets just as soon as you can. It helps us know better how to plan.
Walk-ins are welcome. We are always ready to make new friends. But if you don't register ahead of time, we can't guarantee you'll get a bed.
